My appointment for crown went very well. On time and Dr.Lee and his assistant explained the procedure ahead of the process.We exchanged conversation too on mutual things. The area worked on feels good and return trip is set for the final install.

Very poor service. Waited over a month for pricing on some crowns. Then the staff member who was so terribly annoyed by my call and questions , gladly told me insurance would not pay for any of it. She then basically hung up and didn’t offer to make me an appointment. Called another dentist, booked an appointment, had my records transferred and they got insurance to pay 50% because that’s what my insurance really covered. The staff just doesn’t seem to care.

Really good place! My appointment was fast and staff are nice people.

The office and staff are very friendly, appointments are timely and service is gentle and respectful.
