DentalWorks & Orthodontics Vernon Hills

Had work done at DentalWorks earlier this year. Since then the office has significantly gone downhill. They are now incredibly unresponsive and only open on Fridays. Attempted to resolve a bill that my insurance needed more information about in order to clear payment and DentalWorks never responded to me or my insurance company that called multiple times. They are not a reliable practice anymore.

Very nice I came in early but I was Received by the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. The registration process was very easy then I was met by the technician who took x-rays and explained everything to me and then the doctor came and he explained everything to me very nice staff very friendly.

I went to my appointment to get my bad tooth looked at. No one told me that there was no dentist there to help me. Instead they clean my teeth that was not schedule. WORSE place to go to. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Just God awful. I had an appointment set for over a week. The office called me and left a voicemail after they closed to cancel my appointment the night before. I left a message with the answering service trying to contact them. The next day I called back after the office was open, I continued getting the answering service. The answering service workers transferred me among themselves telling me they were transferringe to the office. One even gave me a fake phone number. If you value your time or yourself, find another dentist.

My appointment was canceled twice and then my hygienist was 10 minutes late, not happy. But she did do a great job.
