Only had one appointment, but boy the staff isn’t approachable at all especially the receptionists. They don’t even know how to talk to their customers and give them the cold shoulder. They sound so uptight and give the impression that they hate their jobs. One of the receptionists promised to call me back and schedule a second appointment. But this individual never stayed true to their word.

Doctor Kim is an outstanding dentist, perhaps the best I've had. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

They are kicking out Mainecare patients. They stated someone had 13 cavities and they were too severe but when UNE looked there were only 5. They are saying the patients with Mainecare have severe cases when in reality they could help them. However, with Mainecare paying less and many of the patients being non-English speakers they don't want to deal with them.

Recently switched to this dentist and they are incredible. Such a positive experience and one of the best cleanings of my life! Highly recommend.

The place to go in the Portland area if you want a dentist who is still interested in sending you out the door without a covid, flu or rsv infection. In this day and age when so many corporate healthcare providers have decided protecting their patients (and their own staff!) isn't worth the effort, it's wonderful to find a dentistry using fitted masks and air filters in cubicles. I'm so grateful for that. Dr. Kim is amazingly dexterous and efficient, and very skilled with the novocaine needle. Never even felt it. I always feel in good hands here, everyone is nice and the prices are fair. Thanks Dental Wellness.
