I have had a long history with this office; the staff has always been so pleasant and helpful! Dr. James Nguyen Has always been so kind, patient and caring to my dental needs.. I’m a person who has minimized how important going to the dentist for regular checkups due to life crisis; he was definitely understanding and non judgmental when I decided to return. I always recommend him and his staff to others!! Thank you guys for always helping minimize my anxiety..

Sep 19, 2024 · Charlotte DepenningMy son had an 2 month wait appointment at a specific time to arrange his schedule to that time for work. they ended up calling him asking him to come in 30 minutes earlier telling them he will try his best to make it. He couldn’t make it so he came on the original time of the original appointment. The front desk was very unfriendly they told him he was late and he couldn’t have his appointment giving someone else his time. i’ve also had an experience as a patient getting a crown which ended up getting infected and having to take out the tooth and put an implant in. I was very upset and unsatisfied with the results.
