The receptionist was extremely helpful, and I could tell other patients enjoyed her help as well. That’s a major bonus. The treatment went well (I got a root canal) and they seem to know what they’re doing. The place was clean and they seem to have good equipment. It’s not a mom and pop feel if that’s what you’re looking for, but it’s clear they care about doing a good job

Staff was very pleasant and helpful I as a patient felt like they really cared. The dentist was excellent and phenomenal. I like that they respect my time! I do not have to wait beyond my set time. That is big with me as I appreciate when organization and their staff stick to the appointment times. Also, the staff is polite, professional, and pleasant. For example, the most recent visit I had the pleasure of working with my dental hygienist, Madison. She was informative, professional and put me at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed ( and remember this is at the dentist ?) my visit. I left feeling cared about and with a good experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this branch of Dental Solutions at Bala Cynwyd.

First time experiencing policy of not cleaning teeth for new patients on 1st visit. This would not be a problem if the first available appointment with a hygienist was not six months out. This is a problem for four reasons: 1) takes us into a new billing cycle 2) not sure if will have this insurance next year 3) will payment for this visit be honored with the cleaning in 6 months? 4) my teeth hygiene cycle is messed up. This brings up the question of why are they accepting new patients if they cannot fulfill services, which have been paid for, in a reasonable time frame? I am now looking for a new Dentist to get my teeth cleaned before the year is out.

Whoever reads this post Must know that this is one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had, The entire staff was on point, kind, , and Professional. I especially like my dentist, Dr. Blumenthal great personality listens to How do you feel and goes out of his way to make you as comfortable and pain-free as possible. Qadriyyah is the person who Listened to my concerns and assigned to me the appropriate dentist and what a wonderful choice. Her expertise coupled with her compassionate personality Is a skill sought by many employers.
