Dental Smiles of West Chicago

Best experience I've ever had at a dentist office! Dr. Shareef was very nice, genuine and had impeccable communication skills and beyond that he was also gentle and considerate. I didn't even know a trip to the dentist could be that great I've always had a fear of going to the dentist but I honestly can't wait for my next appointment. His assistant was also really great and we had a cool conversation I felt like I'd known him for years. The people working the front desk knew what was going on and were very nice. It was my first time there and they were attentive enough to know my name when I walked through the door just by my appointment time. They also were super easy to book my next appointment with (I've had complications with that in the past so it was definitely a relief). Everyone there is great I couldn't have hoped for a better experience and I wish I could rate them with more stars.

Best experience with this visit. The dentist let me sit and wait until my son was ready to get his first cavity started before I started my exam. The tech that was doi g my xrays I noticed was from England so we chatted and he even said bootle of water for my son so he could hear it with a real accent, after I asked nicely. Overall best dental experience for my son and myself!

This was the denstist i came after my pregnancy and they are amazing. They manage my appointments very well depending on my new mom schedule and the dentists are amazing and kind. When you come in you are greeted by the nicest receptionists and a great smile! I also love the fact they speak spanish and english !!! Thank you
