I’ve been going to this dentist since I was a baby. My whole family goes to her even my aunts and cousins so come to my surprise when she gives us false information about insurance and is now refusing to take our calls. No explanation, no call back, nothing. It’s disrespectful, unprofessional, and hurtful. We’ve been with her basically 20 years and instead of being a decent person to us she completely ghosts us. Do not go to this person because she will give you false information just to get money out of you because her business is probably failing and she needs it :) REPLY: we’ve been calling you ever since it happened and you have been ignoring our calls and not calling us back so I resorted to this. Your office told us to get the procedure done and insurance would cover it so we trusted you and listened. It did not cover it and instead of taking our calls about it you’ve ignored us.
