I started my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Shawn and I’m so impressed with the care and excited for what’s to come from him and his team . Dr. Shawn is not only highly skilled but also incredibly personable, taking the time to explain every step of the process and making sure I felt confident in the treatment plan. His team was friendly, answered all my questions the front office was helping in the back making everything run smoothly. After a few visits now I trust this office for my orthodontic needs, and I’m so grateful for the professional, attentive care I’ve received from Dr. Shawn, Bonnie, and Liss.

Top notch experience, especially with Dr. Naureen - she was so gentle with my fillings. She was kind and incredibly educational. I really appreciated her expertise. Plus, the staff were all wonderful and patient with me and other patients. The front desk took the effort and time to validate insurance with me promptly. Everyone well experienced and understanding. I was treated very well. Highly recommended

This is the worst dental clinic I've ever been to for cleaning. The doctor didn't only waste my time yesterday, but did not really clean my teeth. He and his team played with my teeth, wasted my time and still charge my insurance regular cleaning charges but really didn't give me a full, full cleaning. Doctor Kaul is the worst. In the beginning, when you walk in, you would be welcome with a great customer service, that's how they trapped you in. But as soon as it's time to get to business, their professionalism starts to weaken. Toronda, the dental assistant was fantastic. But doctor Kaul did not want to clean my teeth, he kept on making excuses such as...your teeth is fine, it's white, it doesn't really needs to be cleaned. He went on to say you have stains on your teeth, do you drink tea or coffee? But still didn't want to put in the time to clean the stains off my teeth. I feel as part of it has to do with my race as a black woman, but I would just focused on their lack of professionalism. In the middle of the dental assistant taking my x-ray, they came to stop her to get the x-ray machine from her to take another client's x-ray, which had me waiting several minutes. When the doctor finally came to examine my teeth, he put his assistant who is not advanced in charge to clean my teeth. When the assistant took over, she was cleaning my teeth like she was afraid. I had to tell her.... sweetie don't be afraid, I really do need a well cleaning because my teeth is dirty and I haven't cleaned it since this year. long story short, I had to put in a request for the doctor to come, when the Doctor Kaul came, he still begin to make excuses to why my teeth really didn't need to be clean. He started saying things such as...well there's not much I can do. Then took the tools and did the barley minimum on my teeth. I had to tell him several times to go deep in several areas that's really dirty in my mouth. He still didn't want to sit there patiently to really clean my teeth. Shortly after, he sent his assistant to come and polish my teeth, and even with her giving it a good polish, you can still see that my teeth is not really clean, though it's a white teeth. The painful part about it all, that had me thinking it also had to do with my race of being a black woman were, when you look around the room, there were other clients who were getting their teeth cleaned by the Doctor assistant, and by the Doctor Kaul himself. But when it came to me, he really didn't want to clean my teeth, but still charge my insurance for a full cleaning, when the service weren't really a service. Be very careful, even if you are referred to them by your insurance, do not go to them for cleaning especially as a person of color. Do not go to Dental Pros for cleaning service. A part of me was also thinking, maybe it's my insurance, but then again, there were other people there who had the same insurance, but got good service. Still, when it came to me, regardless of how professional I were, he just didn't really want to clean my teeth. Pretty unfortunate, but stay away from this dental clinic when it comes to cleaning. Do not give yourself the stress and waste your time. They wasted my time. My appointment was 11:00 and they didn't finish with me until 1:30. The time for me was not the problem, but mainly the poor service. You deserve a good service and they will not give it to you, especially if you're black like me.

First time i got my dental insurance, my insurance suggested me to here dental office. My two filling came out. My doctor and her assistant so kind and this week of Monday just with one hour fixed my filling. I am a scared to go to dental office person, but… doctor and assistant took care of me very well! More extra cared. At the end, I was so happy came here and fixed my teeth🥹😭 thank you so much 😊

Dr. Anureen and Dental Assistant Adam were incredible and did an amazing job! super gentle and thorough with their work! the entire front desk staff are incredible and sweet (liz, bonnie and eric)! they were able to fit me in for an emergency procedure super quick! my favorite dentist!
