Dee for Dentist

I had a scheduled appointment at the Charleston office today and was greeted nicely by the front receptionist Lina. Sadly, I was informed prior to being checked in that my insurance was not covered at their office. Although I was unable to be seen, they were kind to offer to help me find a dentist in network with my insurance. Lina went well beyond what was expected of her and was able to find me a dentist in my network close to my home. Thank you Lina and everyone else at this office. I would definitely recommend this office to my peers.

I've been going to this facility on West Charleston for over 25 years. I knew it was changing ownership and was a bit apprehensive to try the new team or use it as a chance to find a dentist closer to home. I decided to give it a try and am really glad I did. I had a fantastic experience at Dee for Dentist at the Medical Center on West Charleston. First, Communication is great ... A received a call before my appointment to see if I had questions, and a call after to see how I was doing. They listened to me and addressed what topics I brought up, like preventative care. They seemed to genuinely care about me and my health. During my appointment, they wanted me to be comfortable and not experience pain. I've never had medical team have this awareness and be so attentive. For the first time in years my teeth, gums, etc feel like they've received proper care with current technology. Thank you Dr. Ana, Annette, Lina and the entire team. I'm impressed and highly recommend your services.

Dee for Dentist in the Medical District is fantastic. The staff is all super friendly. My hygienist, Annette, is AMAZING and gives me tips and tricks on improving my oral health without making me feel like I've been falling short. BTW ... all of the tips actually work and make my visits easier. They bought the practice from my previous dentist, and I will not lie - I was skeptical that the service and care might change after the transition. But they have earned my continued business. I absolutely recommend Dee for Dentist in the Medical District.

I am a regular patient at Dee for Dentist. Today I was seen by hygienist Annette. Annette has my teeth and gums feeling good. She explains what she does and explains to me how to maintain good dental health at home. She has worked with me over the past few months. I highly recommend Dee for Dentist

I have been coming to this wonderful place for about a year now. I am always pleased when I walk out the door. Annette among others are super nice, knowledgeable and professional. If you wanna get taken care of the right way come visit these wonderful ladies.
