Connecticut Family Dental is an awesome place. The doctors recommended the very best treatments and they’re knowledgable . The staff are incredible so friendly and welcoming, always willing to help . The Hygienist is simply amazing she is always reassuring and does a great job. I took my daughter too. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! I definitely recommend them for your dental needs!!!

I just recently moved into the area so I had to search for a new Dental Office. I happened upon Connecticut Family Dental and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. What a pleasant experience. Everyone, from the moment you enter the office until you leave is professional, helpful and treats you like a friend. And best yet - the work they do is exceptional! I had to have a major procedure done I was dreading but the Doctors made it seem like a piece of cake. They were very conscious of my body language and made sure I had no discomfort, I can't believe how easy it went. I now have a big, healthy smile & I no longer dread going to the dentist but instead think of it as visiting friends. Thank you Connecticut Family Dental!

BewareShady Billing PracticesConnecticut Family Dental likes the $300 dollar mark.If you patronize Connecticut Family Dental make sure you know what your dental insurance covers and how soon after they submit a claim, will it be paid to the dentist.I was on Medicaid (state government funded insurance) and needed several crowns for several of my teeth. Medicaid would only cover a portion of the cost for said crowns the rest would have to come out of my pocket. I understood that and did not have a problem with that. I was charged $1000 that I paid on each month until the balance was finally paid in full. I happen to look over my Medicaid insurance paperwork and discovered they covered MORE than what Connecticut Family Dental had led me to believe. I discussed this with the “billing” department at Connecticut Family Dental and was told that I over paid them by $300. I asked for a refund and I was told that they do not issue refunds and that I would be issued a $300 credit. I was not happy with that, but I knew I would be returning to them for a nighttime bite guard and the $300 credit would come in handy. Fast forward a few months, and I return to Connecticut Family Dental for the night time bike guard. Connecticut Family Dental proceeded to bill me another $300 for the nighttime bite guard. I reminded them that I had a $300 credit with them. They looked into my record and explained to me that the $300 credit that I had was applied to previous services. When I asked what previous services they were speaking of, they could not be very specific and gave me the runaround. I requested an itemized bill for said services and they said they would mail it out to me. I never received it. Where did my $300 credit go? I have the night guard and I never paid them their $300 because I feel there was something shady going on.
