Concord Dental

The moment I entered into the facility I felt at home. Everyone was so nice, pleasant and very caring from the moment I walked until the time of my departure. I felt very comfortable with the nurses and the doctor's. They took the time to go over everything and explained everything in detail. I love Concord Dental that's where I'll be going moving forward. Who likes going to the dentist I sure don't but the entire staff are so pleasant and nice and loving they just make you feel that everything is going to be okay. Concord Dental gives you the feeling like just dropping by just to say hello without an appointment. The front desk nurses are so sweet and kind and respectful I give them a 10 out of 10. To the entire staff: I give you a 10 out of 10?????????? Excellent, outstanding, fabulous, extraordinary service very, very professional!?Great Team~?????. I loved this dentist, It was the first one I have found that I trusted, treated me well and was super happy. Full transparency I have missed a few appointments. Today I called to move an appointment I have next week (due to work commitments) I was told they will cancel the appointment. They will not reschedule. I am no longer a patient. If you want to go here be fully aware. Great dentist but If you need flexibility this is not the place for you. You are not welcome here.

I'm terrified of going to the dentist and the staff at Concord Dental are so friendly and kind! Dr. Kim did my exam and was thorough, patient, and communicative. The hygienist who did my cleaning was quick and gentle! The front desk staff were very transparent when discussing financial decisions and scheduling. Highly recommend!

I drove 1hr and 30mins Very pleased with their service. I had an emergency with tons of pain and Ashley (Front Desk Staff) made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to get me into the schedule ASAP. Glad to be a patient at Concord Dental.

Exceptional service! From my first phone call with Shannon to help get my new insurance figured out to a quick efficient appointment to a very informative check out. It was excellent. Every staff member I encountered was amazing and professional. And when I was leaving one of these lovely ladies was giving a car battery jump to another patient!! Glad our family found you all.

When I tell you I’m overwhelmed with joy that I finally found a place where you are made to feel comfortable with your appointment and how the process is here is the place. All who service the patients from the door to finish are and have been pleasant. I have really bad anxiety especially with past dentist. NOT here. They are all GREAT. Ashley, Dr. Kim they truly kept me at ease. Thank you for everything.
