This place is always great and never had a bad experience here! Dr. Castro and his staff always makes everyone feel comfortable and part of the family. If I had any concerns or questions they were always answered in a polite manner.

Today is the second or third time that my appointment had to be rescheduled due to a hygienist being absent. I don't get a notification until the day before (less than 24 hours) and it is inconvenient for me as well as my job. I have been patient and understanding but at this point it is becoming a problem, especially when I schedule these appointments 6 months in advance. The next appointment available was 30 days away but I am not available to make it so I am currently searching for a new dentist. I have been going here for about 9 years but at the end of the day this is my health, my occupation and my time that is being affected. I hope they will do better in the future but I will not be around to find out.

Unprofessional. I live outside the country, and booked an appointment six months in advance for a cleaning. We explained that a cleaning was the purpose. They booked a new patient appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that there would be no time for a cleaning, and that this needed to be a separate appointment. This was never mentioned or explained at the time we booked the appointment. Therefore, they wanted me to pay upwards of $300 for an exam, no cleaning. Leaving the county in two days, I would not be able to have one done. None of this was mentioned, explained, or planned for. None of the staff, including the office manager, were willing to take any accountability, and two staff even mocked and laughed at my response to this situation. My kids have been patients' at this practice since 2016. The Dentists are good at what they do! The Office Manager left a bad taste in my mouth with her condescending attitude and demeanor. Last but not least they overcharged me for Nitrous Oxide used for my daughter's extractions. Word to the wise ..start your own watch when they turn it on!
