I cannot say enough wonderful things about Collegeville Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. Allison Rose and her dental assistant Tammy were absolutely amazing with my young daughter today during her first cavity treatment. They were incredibly gentle, patient, and made the whole experience stress-free for both of us. My daughter felt comfortable the entire time, and Dr. Rose explained everything thoroughly, which really put my mind at ease. The entire team was warm and professional—truly the best pediatric dental care around. Highly recommend!

Dr. Allison and her team are so wonderful with the children, explaining everything that's happening in terms they can understand, and doing everything they can to make sure the children feel safe and comfortable. I think my kids even look forward to going! They have free video games and coloring pages for the kids while they wait, their favorite movies or shows to watch during the procedure, and prizes at the end. A wonderful way to introduce your children to dental care.

Very happy with my toddler’s dental visit! The doctor’s operatory is enclosed and a great help to minimize noise and distractions. Within this quiet area, my child was able to focus on Dr Allison’s instructions— which were cleverly disguised as “games”! I appreciated Dr Allison’s skill of keeping the appointment flow at my child’s pace, pausing when necessary, and her kindness in chatting with my child. She explained every step of the appointment to my child and I loved that he was able to participate hands-on with the different mirrors/ tooth brushes/ pastes. Incredible dental care by her team, and smiles through and through!

I have taken my two sons to Collegeville Pediatric Dentistry for the past several years. Both boys are happy to have their appointments with Dr. Allison. She is gentle, calm, and fun. My older son has had a tooth pulled and a few cavities filled, and he has always felt comfortable. I really like that Dr. Weiss' (orthodontist) office is connected - it has been convenient for us on more than one occasion. During the shut-down, the Collegeville Pediatric Dentistry office communicated regularly via email to keep patients and their families up to date. They modified their waiting room and other practices to keep their little patients and their families safe. I have recommended this practice to several other families over the years and will continue to do so.

Terrible communication. Seems like all they care about it money. We have been going here for 5 years and recently had to cancel for the 1st time ever. I was told there would be a $50 fee per child. Ok so I'll have to pay it. Then I get a phone call saying they would waive the fee and asked if I would like to reschedule. I told them I would have to call them back. When I called back a few days later they said they weren't going to waive the fee because I had to make the appointment that day. After explaining that I was never told that and giving me a hard time about it- I was told by Brittney that they would waive the fee again (For the 2nd time). Now when trying to make an appointment, they have nothing open until August so I ask to have them make a note in my kids files for any cancellations. Great, so now I think everything is resolved. Wrong! Now my husband gets a call saying we have an unpaid balance. At this point I just pay and move onto a new practice. It is not worth the back and forth of waiving the fee vs not waiving the fee. The lack of communication is terrible!!
