If I could give this place a Zero star review I would. I’ve had so many bad experiences here. Last time I went here I had a 50 minute wait, and the time before that a 40 minute wait. This time I didn’t make it to my appointment in time, so I asked for a referral to someone in Boston. The receptionist rolled her eyes and scoffed at me “and why can’t you just ask one of your friends where they go?” In addition to this every single time that I have checked in here, without fail the receptionists are too busy gossiping (about each other and the hygienists! yikes!) to sign anyone in. Potential future patients, if you’re considering going here don’t. Current patients, if you’re looking for a sign to leave, this is it. And Dr. Cohen, your business might do better if you consider some serious staffing adjustments.

I had been going to this office for several years and always been satisfied. Recently I tried calling to book an appointment for my annual eye exam only to leave 2 voicemail messages with absolutely no reply. I don’t know what’s changed in this office, but I am changing my Optometrist.
