Everyone was super nice and friendly. The appointment itself and getting called in didn't take long at all. And they are very clean! They use brand new equipment for each person, just like they should! They even disinfect the room you were in before changing rooms. I loved it. I've been having a lot of pain in my jaw and they were really gentle, especially considering they had to take X-rays. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I'm happy to go back!

Nov 05, 2024 · CheyI would not recommend this office to anyone! They’ve forgotten two of my appointments. When I arrived the second time, a racist Doctor by the name of ‘De Jesus’ was willing to see me, but treated me as if I were incompetent. This includes the dental assistant ‘Zemani’. Dr. Gilbert was my only pleasant experience here and I hate that I had to see anyone else because the rest of the team lacks value. I am hoping that action is taken by corporate against these awful employees. As a health administrator, I am disgusted and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

The lady said she would email my xrays directly to the dentist. I get to my appointment and they were never emailed. I called over 30 times and no one has answered the phone. I can't get another appointment for a month and I am in pain. I can't get new xrays because they have already been billed to my insurance...
