I received excellent care from Dr. Choi and his staff. It is obvious that he is very knowledgeable and experienced, and I feel confident in his ability to treat my issues. They looked into my insurance to see if what I needed was covered and I appreciated that. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I don't have any reservations about returning.

They’ll say they accept your insurance, but waste your time. They wanted me to pay for an x-ray the insurance deemed not required $23. I declined the 360 x-ray and because the insurance rejected it, but had no problem taking a standard x-ray. The office, and hygienist refused to clean my teeth due to not wanting to pay for the 360 x-ray, which again the insurance company won’t cover and say isn’t necessary. They make you sign like 3 different times that you’re responsible for charges rejected by insurance that came off as uneasy. They even have a sign up on the main entrance that says if you ask the dentist to many questions they’ll bill you as a consult. You only see the dentist to review your x-ray a 5min conversation about your dental health/x-ray shouldn’t be considered a separate visit. They claim to accept your insurance, but will perform other unneeded services your insurance will reject so they can bill you directly. Do not go here they skate a fine line of what’s legal regarding billing. I literally heard the women call my insurance to hear what was covered, and told the other girl “it doesn’t cover this, or that but bill it this way”. All I wanted was my teeth clean, but they wouldn’t do it due to me denying the unneeded 360-X-ray.

Absolutely atrocious. I went in and was told my X-rays were not covered, so I had to pay over $200 for them. Then during the exam I was told I had bone loss and very deep pockets that required a deep cleaning. It was going to cost me over $1k and the hygienist was trying to convince me to pay over $500 for a periodontal kit to help keep my teeth healthy. Luckily I decided to get a second opinion and the new dental office gave me free x rays because Coast Dental never actually emailed them over and I was told that my teeth look really good and there is absolutely no bone loss, deep pockets or even gingivitis. You also can't even see a dentist to do an exam because it's just a video chat with one. Coast Dental is a scam and just wants your money. Let's see how long it takes them to refund my money since my x rays were actually covered by my insurance.

The dentist and nurses there were very friendly and patient. The time waiting in the clinic for a walk-in was A reasonable time. Everyone was there was professional. Would recommend others coming here too.

I had a really good experience there! Everyone was really nice and communicated with me really well. They sent reminders of my appointments which is really helpful for someone who is really busy. Would definitely recommend!

New client. Waited 45 minutes before seeing the dentist. Hygienist spent one minute probing my gums then stated she could not clean my teeth and I needed an extraction. I already had a full comprehensive exam with full mouth X-rays 3 months earlier at my previous dentist, which I loved but they stopped accepting my insurance. I emailed a copy of my X-rays while waiting. The dentist didn’t review them or look in my mouth. Something just did not seem right so I left and have scheduled an appointment with a dentist one of my coworkers recommended. Now I know why this office gets 1.5 stars on Yelp. Office is dated. Definitely do not recommend.

Dr Choi and Yessi are really great. They are fun and very professional. I have had extensive work done and everything came out perfect. They are very caring and make sure that I am comfortable and not pain. I highly recommend this dental office.

Although going to the dentist is never something you look forward to doing, my visit was pleasant. They were courteous, efficient and professional.
