This is the best dentist office and the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone there is very nice. The dentist and the hygienist are kind, compassionate and gentle. I’ve been to several different dentist over the years and none of them have made me feel as welcome as Dr. Kirby’s office has.

Was a patient for over 20 years. I loved Dr. Jill and staff. My whole family went there. I scheduled work, explained what I needed. Corrected the phone staff that i should come earlier than originally suggested , due to the time the work would take. Took time off of work. And was basically called a liar, by the hygienist/dental assistant. As they did not have my requested work in my treatment plan . I was absolutely ready to pay for, the work as well. And was told by the assistant Im just doing my job. You missing work is not my fault. So, she proceeded to go up front to prove me wrong. And she was put out by having to treat me THE PATIENT with what I requested. Then Dr.Jill proceeded to tell me I needed prior authorization. All that should have been conveyed to me by the phone staff. I have never been treated so poorly. Sad day practice is going down the drain.

Customer service has declined. Front office Kim was extremely rude during a conversation this morning while I simply questioned my account. Had previous scheduling issues that I disregarded but today was horrid.

Today was our first visit( my husband and I) , we went to get our teeth cleaned and the staff and dentist were great and professional, we would recommend them to anyone. They were very no nonsense and seemed genuine and attentive to our dental needs. They didn't overwhelm us like dentists in the past who seemed to want to perform unnecessary treatments to max out our insurance! We already have our cleaning scheduled for next year! We're glad we found a good place to go for our future dental needs.

Today was my first experience with Dr. Kirby's office. I cannot say enough good things about the staff!! I hadn't been to the dentist for three years due to my dentist relocating ? and losing my insurance so I was a little worried. The receptionist Kim greeted me with a smile and my hygienist Tammy was awesome. It is obvious the staff likes their jobs! I saw Dr. Jill today and she was both friendly and professional. The office was clean and decorated with positive affirmations. They were on time and efficient. I highly recommend this dental office.
