Children's Dentistry of Northborough: Jolanta Macdonald, DMD

5 stars! My daughter is 3 yrs old and we’ve been struggling getting her to “like” going to the dentist. We’re SO happy we were referred to go here. Pleasant experience from the start! She had a great first visit! We finally completed a cleaning and had everything that needed to be done! She left with a bright, beautiful and sparkly smile. No tears :)

Clean, friendly, wonderful place for littles!!! The games in the waiting room were awesome, the toy at the beginning and end was so sweet , and we loved the fish tank with Finding Nemo look alikes!! Highlight reccomended!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Children's Dentistry of Northborough and Dr. Jolanta Macdonald! My younger daughter (5 years old) has had severe dental issues since she was three, and I was incredibly stressed trying to find the right care for her. We visited several pediatric dentists in the area, but none of them provided a reasonable or clear treatment plan. That all changed when we met Dr. Macdonald. From the very first visit, she was thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She gave us a thoughtful and practical treatment plan that put my mind at ease and, most importantly, helped my daughter. The entire team at this practice is amazing. The front desk staff and the dental assistants are always super kind and welcoming. They’ve made every visit a positive experience for both my daughter and me. Another thing I really appreciate about this place is the clear communication regarding costs—I always know exactly what my insurance covers and what I need to pay before each treatment. If you're looking for a trustworthy and caring pediatric dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Macdonald and her team. They're simply the best!

My daughter needs more than the normal dental care and for her first visit at this office it was amazing, the hygienist Brittney was amazing! She did a great job offering let me daughter explore the tools and made her feel as comfortable as she could! I would highly recommend this office for any child!! It had a play area, a PacMan and one or two other games!

Our daughter is very weary of anything doctor related, but has had two successful dentist visits at Children’s Dentistry of Northborough. All the staff are kind, empathetic and understanding of her needs which makes for a positive experience for all. After she asked for “more teeth Doctor” :)
