Children's Dental Center of Madison

I wish I could remember the name of the dental hygienist that we worked with today, but she was phenomenal. The one we worked with in our last visit was also phenomenal - in fact, all 3 times that we've been to this location I've been more than happy with how everything went. My son is autistic and they allow us to have his visits in a private room, they are very good about explaining what is going on so that he is mentally prepared and doesn't have any outbursts. They are also really good at knowing when it's time to call it quits so that he doesn't leave with a sour taste in his mouth and isn't afraid to come back. I appreciate all that they do to make this a good experience for him.

My kids have received services from CDC of Madison since 2018 that shows outstanding care and quality of attention to our needs. They are greeted with a warm welcome and the dental hygienist attempts at developing a relationship with both my kids. My kids love the token at the end of the visit. One only difficulty is being able to align our visits with the dentist’s schedule.

I can't recommend this place enough; The entire environment is calming and welcoming, and the staff are warm and knowledgeable. My kiddo (currently 5 years old) has always looked forward to his visits here, never scared or concerned, and has always been cooperative so he can get a cool new toothbrush and a prize token at the end. Total pros who are great with kids.

My 3yo son’s first ever dentist experience was an absolute breeze!! Sally and Dr Tony at the east side location were awesome. Both very kind, encouraging and so patient with him. He and I both felt very comfortable. When we left, he looked up at me and said “I like the dentist!” and now is already excited and talking about his next appointment.

Our daughter's first dental appt was a fun ride overall. It was wonderful to meet Dr Anthony and his great team. Looking forward to the followup visit :-)

We can not say enough about Dr. Hernandez, Ashley and the staff at Children's Dental Center of Madison. We have been with them close to 20 years now. We feel truly blessed. If you are looking for a caring amazing dental place. This is the place to go!!
