Central Jersey Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

This is the dentist office I wish I had as a kid! It’s amazing my children don’t want to leave because they make it so enjoyable. The staff did such a wonderful job making sure the kids are comfortable and not scared of the visit. They take their time explaining the tools and what they are used for in a kid friendly way. We drive almost 40 mins to this dentist and it’s so worth the drive.

After taking my daughter for her first dental visit at another well known pediatric dentist we felt we needed a second opinion. Soon after we were recommended Central Jersey Pediatric Dentistry by a friend. So glad we decided to get a genuine opinion for my daughter’s dental care. We were there this week and she needed to be medically sedated for a couple fillings and a crown. I couldn’t have felt more safe anywhere else. Everyone was so caring and informative. Dr. Backhaus did the work and she made us feel at ease. My daughter will always have positive thoughts about the dentist because of your team. The office manager, Lisa, was so helpful and organized. She definitely took a lot of the stress out of dealing with something like this. Thank you Central Jersey Pediatric Dentistry!

The staff is beyond amazing, the comfort they provided to my 5 year old had me speechless. During his exam everything was explained to me step by step. The communication the office provides is a 10/10. Overall everything was great.

I cannot say enough good things about Central Jersey Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. My kids have bene going here for many years. They are all so nice and accommodating. The Dentist, Orthodontist, Assistants, and all Staff are always so welcoming and patience. Everyone takes their time to explain to me and the kids how the process/procedures are done. They show all procedures' pricing and all before it happens so you know what is being done and what you are paying for. I highly recommend this practice.

It was my 17 month old daughter’s first time ever at the dentist. Dr. Backhaus and her dental hygienist are all so professional and welcoming! Sure my daughter cried but it didn’t last long. Also can’t forget about the check-in and check-out process, super easy! all receptionists were kind and helpful. So glad to find a dentist in the area!

I cannot say enough positive things about this dentist and ortho office. They are truly the best. The front office staff is always so helpful and friendly and the dental/ortho staff is absolutely amazing with kids. My kids actually look forward to coming here!

I rarely review anything but I had to for this place. The level of care and general efficiency is astounding. They move so quickly that a child barely has time to be scared, but make sure to explain as they go in age-appropriate language. Would give 10 stars if I could!
