I had a tooth pulled by Dr Solano about three years ago and found it to be a relatively painless procedure. My wife was just in to get two wisdom teeth removed and she had the same positive experience. Our Medicare plan made it even simpler when it came to billing.

Went to this office for imaging because my dental office did not have the type of imaging machine needed. Was charged almost $400 because I was told the imaging wasn't not only covered under insurance, but that I also needed to pay to visit with the doctor as well. I only needed imaging, no consult. After the image was taken, the doctor walks in an taps my forehead like a child and says boo boop! I am well over 21. Gives a extensive treatment plan that I didn't want or ask for. While I was waiting for the doctor to come in, I overheard his staff looking for a patient who got so frustrated, she walked out. Another, I overheard and saw in the waiting room pretty much in tears, asked him to stop trying to save teeth he couldn't because the end result was absolute pain. While in the waiting room, this person had to excuse themself to go to the bathroom every minute (I am sure to cry) because the pain was so bad as they moaned in agony.

Overall my experience was good- not great but I am happy with my outcome. My first experience was in 2021. I had two of my wisdom teeth removed. I initially chose to have local anesthesia and I did not handle the injections well. Dr. Solano made the comment ‘I can’t do it with all her yelling’ and left the room. The dental hygienist suggested I be put to sleep and have them removed that way. I did and the procedure went fine. I didn’t appreciate his tone and as this was my first time with local anesthesia I wasn’t aware that I would yell due to the pain of the injection. Still, I chose to return in April 2024 because a few of my other teeth were bothering me. He was much more calm this time, did a thorough exam and discovered that a different tooth was causing my pain. I am thankful for that because he removed that one tooth and I haven’t had any pain since. Honestly I would return if I did need any other teeth removed despite a tad bit of frustration.

The wait was about 1hr 1/2. Front staff was professional and pleasant. I thought it was nice to see all Dr. Solanos family on the wall in my room while waiting. I chose no sedation to have two back teeth pulled. I had heard Dr Solano was quick. He pulled both teeth in less than a minute. He was pleasant and definitely quick! Thank you! ❤️

I am very happy with this office! I went to get two teeth that pulled and I have severe dental anxiety and all the front desk ladies and nurses were AMAZING! very sweet and did everything they could to help me. I spoke maybe two words to the dentist, which was fine because everything was explained very thoroughly before he came in. He was done pulling my two teeth in 2 mins and I felt no pressure or pain. He is really good at what he does and has an amazing staff.
