Awesome job! Just had about 1000 sq ft of carpet put in, (including living room, 2 bedrooms, and stairs-with stringers!). Would totally recommend this company if you need flooring. Start to finish it was a smooth process. From the moment we met Jimmy in the store and had scheduled the measurement appointment, we felt like he was listening to what we wanted and taking care of us. He came out measured and spoke to us about what we were looking for in terms of flooring. We then went into the store to look at the many options he had (in multiple price ranges), all truly affordable. The following week the installers came right on time, and completed the huge job within one day. So professional, they took out the old carpet/padding, moved furniture, and railings. They worked quickly and efficiently and returned everything back to where it was. The new carpet is beautiful and looks great. It feels so nice too! We couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for new flooring, check this place out!

After falling enough times, we finally had a runner installed on our stairs by Carpets & More in Staten Island. I was concerned because I always felt that they made a house look dated, sometimes tacky but the pictures should speak for themselves. We love it. Jimmy set us up with everything, they kept on schedule as planned when we ordered. There prices were very reasonable. I'm very happy with their services. Five stars all the way.

I recently had a carpet installed by Carpets and More. A few years ago I purchased flooring from them and they did a beautiful job. I had purchased a carpet but unfortunately Life threw a few curveballs and I wasn’t able to install the carpet as soon as it should have been. I dealt with the installation manager his name is Al, he was so patient and kind with me. Very rare to find someone like him in today’s business world. He handled my situation with understanding and kindness. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Gonzalez who is A sales consultant along with the sales manager Jim. Both of these gentlemen are in fact gentlemen, kind polite and so very helpful and knowledgeable. Last but not least was Marco the installer. Marco was polite and very neat, treated my home with respect as he worked. The completed job was in fact just perfect and beautiful. My experience dealing with Carpets and More was extremely professional and pleasing. I am so very happy with my purchases. I would highly recommend Carpets and More, Especially if you’re looking for carpets and more!

We had an excellent experience while ordering wall to wall carpet for the second floor of our new home. We were greeted with a smile and given just the right amount of help and space that we needed to figure out what we wanted. They were in regular contact with us in regards to product availability updates, orders, and delivery. Any customer can feel that it is a well run, family owned business by the way you're taken care of from beginning to end. The installers were thorough and did a flawless job. We will absolutely recommend them to anyone and would happily order from them again.

My wife and I purchased a top of the line rug (lifetime stain warranty) for 2 bedrooms and a flight of stairs about 4 years ago. This past summer, something (not sure what happened) stained the rug about the size of a half dollar. Had it professionally cleaned to no avail. Brought my concern to the sales rep, Steve Gonzalez, who walked us through the process of placing a claim with the manufacturer, Shaw. Steve worked as our advocate and was able to get our rug replaced under the warranty. Steve is knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Carpets and More if you’re looking for quality flooring.
