I relocated from Connecticut to North Carolina and needed to see a dentist. Carolina Dental Arts exceeded my expectations. Dr. Powell and Dr. Woo have provided me with quality dental care; patiently addressing my concerns and alleviating my dental issues. The entire staff is always welcoming and warm, providing me with the confidence that I am being cared for in a professional and effective manner. I have never had a dentist in my life I was scared nervous and ashamed. Dr woo and his entire staff has changed my life dramatically. I couldn't smile because of my teeth . They had nothing but great service from the day the nurse said . How can she make me smile? I cried because that's what I wanted to smile and take my mask off. Regina did a quick, easy process of x-raying my teeth today. No unpleasant steps. Jessica, as always, cleaned my teeth with much skill. She knows her "teeth stuff." Thanks, Chris.

Generally seems like a good practice. Dr. Powell, I believe was his name, was as nice and courteous as others have said. I think there was a small mistake when the person was cleaning my teeth. I had a hard time opening my mouth all the way without tightening and it made it difficult for the person working in my mouth. I felt some pain during the procedure when the suction thing was going on but didn’t say anything so it’s kinda my fault. The suction thing got stuck on below my tongue for like 30 seconds and gave me a little red pressure bruise like the blood vessels there bursted. It’s alright, seems to still be red today and a little swollen but doesn’t hurt like it did yesterday so no harm no foul. Plus it’s under my tongue so it doesn’t really matter. I was at risk of making myself sick not to mention in heavy discomfort. Dr Powell and the entire staff saw me, fixed my immediate needs and scheduled my next appt. Having just moved to North Carolina, trying to recovering from the two hurricanes in Florida I can't wait to fly back up and see them again. I used to be scared of the dentist because I have always had dental problems. Dr. Powell and the staff at the Glenwood location is amazing. He makes things comfortable. He shows patience and great care for his patients and so does the staff. Because of his care my daughter is now a patient as well and I refer people all the time. The front desk is professional and helpful. Great practice! Thank you to the team.🥰
