I have had a lot of bad experiences with dentists thru the years. Recently I had to have a root canal and I was dreading it so. But I want to tell everyone what a great experience I had with Capital Endodontics, they restored my faith in dentistry. No longer do I fear going to the dentist. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
Nov 10, 2024 · Debbie TurnerMy husband works night shift and got a call 2 hours after he was off and in bed "no big deal they didn't know he works nights" HOWEVER he missed the call and was given to noon to confirm his appointment... he didn't get this message until he woke up at 2 pm... .he called to let them know he would be there and their response was they had given his appointment to someone who was actually in pain!!! He has been in pain for weeks so GOD FORBID someone work night shift and try to use this sorry excuse of a company. Maybe try to confirm your appointments a couple days in advance or have better customer service and refrain from the phrases such as we gave the appointment to someone who was actually in pain. 10/10 do NOT RECOMMEND!
