This office is a braces mill. They don’t care about you, and they treat you like a number not a person. They bounce you around between different orthodontists and they don’t have the time or desire to discuss your concerns or needs.

Was so happy with my invisalign experience 6 years ago that I'm back to get my sons braces here. I find the staff personable and Dr. P accommodating and friendly.

this orthodontist might be the worst place ever. they always talk down to me, very condescending as if they’re more important or better then me. they sent me false letters getting my hopes and about getting my braces removed just so i can go in and be told that i shouldn’t have expected to get them off anyways because my teeth need more work. on top of all that they are always rude to me and have terrible communication. i would not recommend this place to anyone.

my beautiful friend was promised her braces off on a certain set date. the office and their employees failed to hold up their end of the agreement. their lack of social skills and communication are appalling and embarrassing. i was heartbroken to see the pain they have caused my amazing friend. their lack of professionalism and organization is greatly disappointing and i would not recommend them to anyone who plans on having a proper timeline or organization.

Terrible communication. Receptionist have been very rude over the phone, especially during the virus. My daughter has sat in a chair for 10 min without being treated. I feel that they need to work on their communication because my daughter has been told she’d get her braces off in May and we’re just now booking one for November. Very disappointed
