Everyone was so nice there and they got me in quickly and were able to give me a cleaning the same day as the exam. The dentist is very thoughtful and caring. The lady that did the xrays and the dental hygienist were so patient with me and helped me get through it easily. I would recommend this office to everyone.

I did not get a good first impression from Bright Dental. I received 7 total phone calls from Bright after my initial contact with the office. I was told that my insurance was accepted, then I was phoned a few minutes later, just to be told my insurance was NOT accepted. A lot of hoops to jump through just to be seen by a Doctor. I sat in the chair for almost 40 minutes before being seen. Maybe Bright Dental was having an "off" day. But poor experience so far...

I feel confident that the dentists at this practice take care of their patients. Unfortunately, their office staff is extremely unorganized and pretty unprofessional. Back in February, I overpaid due to some sort of miscommunication between the office staff and my insurance company. Put the entire balance on my credit card. My insurance paid their share shortly after, and the claim completed. Well, apparently they have been waiting for their corporate office to send me a notice of a credit and then I have to ask for a refund (that I have been asking for since the claim closed in March). Here we are in August. Still no letter, email, or call, and obviously no refund. I asked for their office manager to return my call several times with no avail, and she is always "on a call" or "out of the office" when I ask to speak with her. They also refused to give contact to their corporate office. I find this type of business practice highly unethical, and therefore do NOT recommend going here.

I had an excellent experience at BrightNow. Dr. Park was very knowledgeable and thoughtfully explained my options for orthodontic treatment. The entire staff was professional and friendly. Cost of treatment significantly less than other ortho providers. Thumbs up!

My son scheduled a cleaning and when he showed up, they only took x-rays and then told him he had to come back at a later time to get the cleaning. So, he came back the second time and they did not perform a proper cleaning. When he got in the chair, the hygienist didn't offer him any eye protection. He had to ask her if he could have some. Then she literally only polished his teeth, put floride on and then said: "See you in 6 months." She didn't use any hand tools, didn't touch an ultrasonic, didn't even so much as floss his teeth. She didn't even make any comments about how his teeth and gums looked. We've been to enough reputable dentists over the years to know what a cleaning is supposed to entail. I guarantee they are billing insurance for the full service that they did not provide. They are either just horribly incompetent or they are fraudulent. Either way, he will definitely not be returning.

This was my first visit. I insurance changed so my prior dentist was no longer in network. I had a 45 minute wait before being called in for x-rays then another 30 minutes waiting for the dentist. From start to finish I was there 1.5 hours and I have to come back for my cleaning. Equipment looked old and tired - the examination light did not work so I had to be moved to another room. General cleanliness was sub-par for a medical office. Thumbs up for the dentist. She was thorough and professional. Overall, I wish my insurance included my old dentist in the list of in-network providers.

Had my first appointment at Bright Now! and was very pleased! Everyone in the office was pleasant, and my dentist, Doctor Martin, was professional, friendly, and had time for me as a patient. I feel like I had a very thorough exam!

Please don't come to this place. My appointment was scheduled at 9:20 am. They let me in around 9:50 am. I was told around 11 am! that I was going to be seen until 11:25 or so am. What made me feel angry is that the people that had appointments later than me were seen before and got they treatments done. I walked away! I wasn't going to pay any $ for an unprofessional service.
