Bridgetown Dental

Bridgetown Dental is absolutely phenomenal! This is coming from someone who is absolutely terrified of the dentist. They are kind, caring, skilled, and quick. This dentist knows what he’s doing and his work proves it. The staff there is such a breath of fresh air as well. They actually care at your health all across the board and are so comforting to work with. Their facility is also so clean and well kept as well, I am always super impressed! This is the only dentist office i will ever go to again. Thank you again Bridgetown Dental!

Solid place for your dental hygiene needs. Everyone is incredibly nice and I mean literally everyone. When calling around for different dentists the receptionist here sounded the most loveliest. Everyone treated me with the utmost care and I didn't feel like a number. They usually open at 9am but let me come in at 8am knowing I started my job at 9:00. I was even able to pay my bill in two payments. I particularly loved how everyone worked as a team and treated each other with kindness and respect even with the pressure of a busy day to look forward too. The music playlist was also wonderful. It was hard for me to try not to sing when getting my teeth worked on. The cherry on top was that the dentist and staff had a good sense of humor and shared some laughs with me making my experience that much more enjoyable. Oddly enough I look forward to my next dental appointment. If you're looking for the top of the line professionals with all the bells and whistles, look no further. This place is literally a fresh breath of air ?

Best dental experience I have ever had. Staff were professional and friendly. Melanie and Melissa were very helpful explained next steps and procedures. Dr Kaady was great, highly recommend this dental group.

Dr Kaady and all the staff that work with him at Bridgetown Dental are amazing. I have always had excellent care whether it is dental cleaning or something more serious like a filling or a crown. Not only is the atmosphere friendly but this is one of the most affordable dentists I have been to.

This dental office practices predatory and deceptive behavior. My partner went in for a temporary crown. Once on the chair and under numbing and things prying his mouth open, they told him that the visit was going to cost more than originally estimated. Because they were already starting the procedure, he wasn't able to leave or say he didn't consent to this. When the procedure was over, they presented him with a bill with "estimates" that he had to pay upfront. I've never experienced a dental office that didn't bill insurance first and then send a bill for the remainder. When my partner said he didn't have the full several hundred dollars on him, they blocked him from leaving the office. I was in meetings and getting panicked texts from my partner because they wouldn't let him leave. Reporting this office for unethical conduct.
