No space to sit for a pregnant mama with a toddler- I was told to wait outside while I finish forms ( which isn’t easy on the second floor with a toddler that wants to wander ). And then when I went to fill out the forms it was all the information I had already gave to them over the phone. When I told them I couldn’t upload a photo of my child’s insurance and asked them to just photo it themselves they then told me though we have dual insurance for him- they aren’t accepting any more quest patients (not the insurance we planned to use) It was a complete waste of my morning and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
