I LOVE Howie! He was the best salesman that I have ever dealt with, anywhere! The manager Nick was awesome as well. And Jada and Malcolm were great to work with for my credit service. Everyone involved made shopping at Bobs so smooth from the second I entered!! I would recommend going to the Richmond Avenue location.

I walked in having a vague idea of what I was looking for and Katherin and Justin were able to help with finding the pieces of furniture and settling my financing kindly and efficiently. Would absolutely shop at this location again.

It’s going to be a half of month since I try to get my sofa which supposed to be in my house on 4th of SeptemberThe color what I selected first wasn’t able for quick delivery so I chose another color which had to be delivered by 4th of SeptemberFirst they brought me 2 sections instead of 3, yesterday was the day for delivery the 3rd part, but they brought me the wrong one not from my sofa!!! And told me I need to wait 8-10 weeks for my 3rd part nowAnd now I need to change the color again and return 2 parts of sofa what I already have and wait another week!!Can’t complain about sellers, they did their part of work perfectly but the delivery department is horrible, I never ever had such a bad experienceThey just keep telling you “sorry, we can’t help you”, so who can help me then??!

Needed to buy a twim mattress for my elderly mother! Salesman Nicolas sold us exactly what we were looking for! He was very informative, and patient! Not pushy and it was a pleasant experience!

My husband and I went to Bob’s twice and saw the same salesperson, Adam H. (All the sales people are friendly & professional & greet you right away). Adam was extremely helpful & professional with helping us find the types of sofa sleepers we wanted. We were happy that he was there the 2nd time because now our sofa sleeper has broken. Adam worked quickly to look at all Queen sofa sleepers on the store laptop. We could also see them on the big flatscreen. He helped us see which ones were in stock & could be delivered within the week instead of having to wait 4 weeks+!! We couldn’t get the color we wanted, but will use a sofa cover that matches the color of our loveseat. The Laurel is the same size as the Katie, has the same type of arms & dimensions. Adam explained every process from start to finish & gave us a printout. He answered all of our questions, had good knowledge & was with us for a while. Plus we were approved for the Bob’s credit card. We would highly recommend Adam!
