Blue Skies Pediatric Dentistry

Our 3 year old had a lot of anxiety going to the dentist, so when we found out she had a cavity we were worried. Dr. Stephen Prieve and his staff made her feel so comfortable and relaxed and did an amazing job taking care of her cavity. They are great with kids. She loved going to the dentist now!

We were really hesitant to go to a dentist because my daughter is very shy. We waited and ultimately decided to go with Blue Skies, pediatric dentistry because we knew that they would approach my daughter’s very first visit in a way that would make her more comfortable long-term. This is exactly what happened, we absolutely loved this place. I’m so glad that we found it and even though they are out of network, their prices are reasonable and it’s 100% worth it for my daughter to come here and feel comfortable during her visits! The dentist is extremely nice and I can tell that kids love him, he has an approach that makes the appointment much less traumatic and even exciting for a toddler. At the end of the appointment every child gets to pick a toy! Can’t wait to go back!

My kids actually enjoy coming to this dentist. Dr. Steve is great with them; encouraging my 8 year old to be responsible for her own brushing and flossing while helping my 3 year old keep her independence while still letting me brush her teeth. He is great with nervous and shy kids.

My daughter Aurora is non verbal autistic, and has fought every dentist who has tried to get X-rays , inspect and count teeth etc.. at the age of 9 the need for basic levels of dentistry has become a critical priority. Not only did Dr. Steve effortlessly put our daughter at ease he was able to perform her first cleaning and get helpful X-rays that will direct her care moving forward. Dr. Steve has a natural demeanor and charisma that had my daughter in laughter and smiles. We are truly blessed to have discovered blue sky, my only regret is that they only work on kids and I can’t use him for myself.

I took my 3yo and 1.5yo to Blue Skies for their very first dentist appointments. Dr. Steve was incredible with them! The appointment went so smooth (even for my EXTREMELY active 1.5yo!!!) My 3yo was very very nervous, but by the end of the appointment she thought it was the coolest thing in the world. Huge thank you to Blue Skies for making the kids first experience a great one (and effortless for momma)!!!
