The facility is very clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly, including the hygienist. You can really tell that they care about their patients. Dr. Karsalia is experienced and very considerate, making sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. I usually feel anxious about dental appointments, but this was by far my most relaxed visit yet. Highly recommend!

Great Experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. On time appointments. Massage chair in the waiting room!! ? Air flow teeth whitening is easy and worth it. I did it 4 months ago and people still comment on the whiteness of my teeth.

I switched to Blue Bell Dental a couple of years ago, and they are and have always been fantastic. They are quick to get patients in for appointments; their facility is very nice, and they strive for patient comfort. The technicians are friendly as is the front desk staff. Blue Bell's dentists are competent and do a great job. All around wonderful experience every time I go in.

I’ve been a patient at this practice for nearly 20 years and never had a complaint. Over the last few years they’ve increasingly tried to upsell me on my twice yearly cleanings. I come in for routine insurance covered check ups and cleanings. No issues with my teeth at all. The easiest dental customer. I don’t want to be upsold on x-rays, cleaning devices, procedures, fluoride treatments, etc. I want a high quality basic cleaning that you’ve been providing for the past 20 years. The core service has slipped and you are going to lose a customer if you don’t return to the fundamentals. I’ve referred dozens of friends and family members to you over the years, that should be enough without constantly trying to sell me some add on and reducing the quality of your base procedure if I don’t get the unnecessary add on. The last time I was in for a cleaning a few months ago the hygienist didn’t use any of the regular equipment, scraped the brown spots off my teeth with what felt like a wire brush that left my enamel feeling gritty and then she didn’t even polish - just said ok, that’s it! I was really surprised and my teeth, which normally are smooth, felt like the top layer of enamel had been harshly removed. I really hope that I don’t get staining or other teeth issues as a result of this. Really disappointed with how this place has turned and I’ll be looking for a new dental practice as a result.

Went there at the referral of a neighbor. Had an infected tooth that had broken off in my gum. This was in May and I needed cardiac clearance to get a referral to a surgeon. I contacted my cardiologist and they fax the permission and history to this office. This office immediately lost it, I went and picked up records myself and transported them over there, they lost them again. Then they called my doctor's office and my doctor's office fax them yet again when I went to pick up my records to transfer after this poor performance, I had to wait over an hour in the office while one of the substitute people tried to bring the records up on a computer which he said was outdated. They got yet another fax from my doctor's office. Needless to say I will never go back to that office. Very unprofessional and disorganized. I meant to say that this was the end of July before I finally got the records
