Not ever having implants before, I didn’t know what to expect. Before the process even started everything, in detail, was explained, from cost to timelines, to what to expect before and after the procedure. The staff is outstanding, they make you feel comfortable, they are always friendly and caring. Dr. Derek is a class act. Very professional and down to earth. The smile he left me with is amazing. Highly recommend Advanced Dental Implants!! You will not be disappointed with their amazing results !!

The entire staff was extremely kind and patient from the moment I walked in the door. I was an emergency apt close to closing time on a Friday. The Dentist and assistant stayed to ensure I was not in pain for the weekend. They worked quickly and gently, checking in to see if I was comfortable throughout the apt.

Always a great experience! From the time I enter the door I was welcomed by a friendly face and the hygienist cleaned my teeth with a gentle hand so I was very comfortable in the chair. Dr. Chris is the best, he knows what he’s talking about and explains things in detail so you understand exactly what is going on in your mouth. I would recommend Bismarck Advanced Dental and Implants they have an amazing atmosphere and staff.

For the permanent implants, it’s a long process if you want it done right. A process I don’t at all regret. Love my new smile. Dr. Derek and his team of staff are super professional, they know what they are doing, they pay attention to detail, and they don’t cut corners. It’s an investment and it’s treated as such. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received and the final piece of art. If you are shopping for implants of any kind, look no further.

I have been a patient at Bismarck Advanced Dental and Implants for going on three years now. I came in a hot mess! ? My fear of the dentist which started back in my childhood kept me from continuing my dental health into my adult life and my teeth paid for it. I was in pain, embarrassed, and most of all scared. But the team at Bismarck Advanced Dental and Implants were kind, understanding, and non-judgmental. They took the time to figure out the best course of action to help me get my dental health back to where it needed to be. It has definitely been one of the best decisions of my life to schedule that consultation because it made me move forward with doing what I needed to do to for my dental health and I couldn’t be more happy with my results and everyone there that helped me! You truly don’t realize how much your life changes when you have healthy and beautiful teeth. But it’s a true game changer! Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and always remember you when you come in. I will forever be a Bismarck Advanced Dental and Implants patient! Thank you to all there for what you do everyday!

Hygienist was amazing!! 5 stars for her. Dentist not sure which one it was took 30 second explained nothing in detail and asked nothing about my concerns or why I was even there. Unsure if they’re over booked and can’t take more than 5 minutes per patient but I felt so rushed and I got something I wasn’t even there for, no referral, and no questions, he told me everything I knew before going in and are making a guard I already have, which he would’ve known had he asked me anything…… another dentist will hopefully help :/

Great dentist. From the office staff to the assistants. To the dentist themselves. They worked with my insurance to get an implant and when there was a billing issue the rectified it. The gals at the front desk always remember me and my kids and are so friendly.
