I was nervous and anxious, but the friendly front desk staff and the wonderful ladies in the back quickly put me at ease. When the procedure began, my anxiety spiked, but the dental team was amazing. Instead of letting me leave to get my comfort item, Barney, they held my hands and sang the 'I Love You' song, which surprisingly calmed me down! Before I knew it, the procedure was over, and I was thrilled with the result. What truly made my experience stand out was the kindness and compassion shown by the entire team. They not only calmed my nerves but also made me feel confident and beautiful, complimenting my smile and telling me I'm pretty. I'm so grateful for the exceptional service I received, and I'm excited to return for a smile makeover! The staff are wonderfully professional, amazingly skilled and genuinely caring about you as a person and your oral health. I've had scheduled appointments n they even worked in family members who were with me to be seen at the same time. Who does that. My fiancée has ASD and dentists are an extreme anxiety for him. They calmed him and made sure to answer all his questions and gave him time to process everything! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dental practice.
