I'm preparing to leave my second visit from this dentist, and I have to say the service here is absolutely amazing. As someone who experiences a lot of anxiety surrounding her teeth and dental appointments, everything from the cleaning to the kindness on both trips to Best Smiles in Chester has been an absolute joy. There were so many names for me to ask for in this review, so long story short -- Everybody working there is the bomb. Incredible experiences! Highly recommended!

Got me in same day and got all the appointments I need and not far out! Everyone was really nice and helpful. I think I have found my new dentist! Shayla and Dr. K have been the best! So nice and they talk you through everything they are doing.

Dr. K and her team were amazing with my kiddos..!!! my oldest Son said it’s was petty fun age 7, my three year-old, let them clean their teeth. Dr. K took her time with my children. I appreciate that and her team they were patient and cooperative and let them get all their wiggles out not all general dental offices are like that especially ones that see adults and kids highly recommend.

I came yesterday and today with yesterday being my very first visit. On both days I had extremely good service with Chelsea, Aykila, and Dr. K . They made me very comfortable and explained and talked me through my deep cleaning. I would definitely recommend best smiles in Chester.??

I had an incredible experience at Best Smiles! Despite being a last-minute emergency extraction, they managed to squeeze me in. I was nervous and anxious, but the friendly front desk staff and the wonderful ladies in the back quickly put me at ease. When the procedure began, my anxiety spiked, but the dental team was amazing. Instead of letting me leave to get my comfort item, Barney, they held my hands and sang the 'I Love You' song, which surprisingly calmed me down! Before I knew it, the procedure was over, and I was thrilled with the result. What truly made my experience stand out was the kindness and compassion shown by the entire team. They not only calmed my nerves but also made me feel confident and beautiful, complimenting my smile and telling me I'm pretty. I'm so grateful for the exceptional service I received, and I'm excited to return for a smile makeover! Best Smiles has definitely earned my loyalty, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a caring and professional dental experience.

To say that this is the best dentist practice ever is an understatement. The staff are wonderfully professional, amazingly skilled and genuinely caring about you as a person and your oral health. I've had scheduled appointments n they even worked in family members who were with me to be seen at the same time. Who does that. We needed a last minute appointment to rule out tooth infection causing pain and they were able to get us in next day! The staff and Doctor were extremely helpful. My fiancée has ASD and dentists are an extreme anxiety for him. They calmed him and made sure to answer all his questions and gave him time to process everything! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dental practice.
