My previous dentist stopped accepting my insurance, UHC Dental. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist quickly verified that they take my plan and scheduled me for an appointment within a few weeks of the call. The office itself is comfortable and the staff are so welcoming! I didn't have to wait long to go back for my appointment. The hygienist was efficient and clear with her instructions for taking X-rays. Dr. Tsai was warm, professional, and thorough. I especially appreciated starting with a water-based cleaning before the regular scraping. Dr. Tsai walked through each step before she did it and told me to lift my left hand if I needed to pause. I was in and out within 30 minutes. And Dr. Tsai and her hygienist also took the time to speak with me about my spouse's dental anxiety. They were understanding and walked through what a visit would look like for my spouse. I am glad I found Beechwold Dental Care!
