I contacted Beautiful Smiles Camp Creek location as.per my dental specialist - in order to provide a copy of my dental radio graph via transmittalI was guaranteed the radio graph transmittal from Beautiful Smiles Camp Creek before days endI called BEAUTIFUL SMILES TWICE to make sure my AM specialist had what was required from and requested FROM MEIt is now 855 PM -There still is NO RADIO GRAPH from this dental office to ME to provide to my dental specialist for my appointment tomorrow AMFYI ..At my initial visit ($230) I was asked to sign documents in a hurry because the front desk staff was HUNGRY -I was instructed to SIGN AND RUNWhere was all this enthusiastic SIGN AND RUN motivation when what I required was of dire dental necessityLets weigh the Beautiful Smile staffs need for FOOD with urgency versus my immediate need for DENTAL CAREIs there a comparison?Should there even need to be a comparison?There should be empathy and compassionBut not a comparisonWhat is happening to this world?God help ..

My first experience was 5 stars no complaints but here’s an update. I had a long detailed review but I deleted and I’ll get str8 to the point. Came for my visit.. forgot my HSA card at home.. I asked to reschedule and asked for fee to be waived since I did not cancel I just didn’t have my card on me and they charged $50 cancellation fee. I’m standing in your establishment and you’re gonna charge $50 for me to reschedule a cleaning? No im good i will return back to a dentist that may be further but wont look for opportunities to up charge its patients.
