Bear-Glasgow Dental

This was my first visit to bear Glasgow dental. Everyone was wonderful and treated me with respect. Dr. Uberti examined my gums and teeth like I have never been examined before. She was so thorough and advised me I needed to have deeper cleaning of three teeth. Anna, the hygienist, explained everything to me and did an awesome job of scaling three of my bottom teeth. The dental assistant, Nasir was very polite and knowledgeable. He completed my x-rays and was simply wonderful to talk to. There is not enough room here to express my appreciation and gratitude for the care I received, and how I was treated by all the staff, including the reception staff. They took care of my insurance and explained everything to me Regarding my share of payment. my next appointment is in two weeks and I am looking forward to the visit. I highly recommend this team for your dental care.

Had a tooth emergency and my dentist office was closed so they sent me here to their sister office- staff was amazing, Dr Herring was great,easy to talk to and willing to explain my options and fixed me right up. I’m a big baby when it comes to the dentist… needles in my gums ALWAYS hurt…. But not this time- no pain :) I was so happy with my experience I switched offices and will be seeing her for my next appointment in Aug.

I have gone here for 5+ years and have always had a pleasant experience with the dental hygienists. The dentist has always been kind and done a fair job. My biggest issue has been with the front desk staff. It can be difficult to reach them or take some time for them to get back to me, which I understand is common with doctor offices these days. However, today I went to my cleaning appointment and at the end I told them that I wanted to cancel my dental membership. While I was standing there, one of the front desk girls says “I don’t think she likes us very much.” (in reference to me) and the other front desk girl chimed in “Yeah.. I was getting that vibe too.“ How incredibly rude and unprofessional to treat a long time client of yours because I wanted to discontinue the membership. I hadn’t planned on leaving them but because of this I will most certainly be looking into other dentist offices.

I just wanted to take a moment to express how much I love going to Bear-Glasgow Dental! Dr. Herring is the best, hands down. I absolutely love getting my cleanings and check-ups there. The staff is fantastic - always friendly, professional, and caring. Dr. Herring is incredibly skilled and makes the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I’m really grateful to have such a great dentist and wonderful staff taking care of me on each visit.

Everyone is super nice there! I was extremely nervous and they made me very comfortable. And the doctor made sure I had a good understanding of everything she was talking about. So far so good!

I absolutely love coming to Bear-Glasgow Dental. Very caring staff. I live about 35mins away and still drive to them. My daughter has had 1 root canal and is now getting another and needs sedation and they are very good ,very patience with patients. And I have no worries cause I know she is in good hands. love all the Providers there but Dr Anone is my favorite. Thanks for all you do we will continue to be patients at this practice

Dr. Herring and her team are amazing. They really take the time to explain everything and keep you informed on the treatment plan. Excellent bedside manner!

I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years, and I was so anxious about being evaluated by a dentist. From reaching out inquiring about an appointment to the check out, the staff was so understanding and gentle. Dr. Annone was so understanding and helpful without any judgement. We came up with a cohesive treatment plan, and I left my evaluation feeling excited for getting my dental health back on track and not defeated.
