I am so happy I found this place! I switched from the dentist I grew up with, not knowing how AMAZING and at-home you can feel at the dentist. The whole team is kind and welcoming. I love going. My hygienist Emily is the best. She is fun, knowledgeable, and helpful. She makes the whole process low-stress, and she makes sure you get all your questions answered and concerns addressed. I can’t imagine ever going to another dentist.

Absolutely love this office and the staff. The staff is so welcoming and incredibly nice. Dr. Baicy is the sweetest and takes time with her patients. This is our forever dentist and we would never consider going anywhere else. Everyone here is, hands down, amazing. The office is so clean and spotless and very fashionable and it truly makes for a comfortable setting and experience. Best dental office, ever. You will not be disappointed.

I've had a great experience at Baicy Dental! Everyone is so friendly, and they provide high-quality care! Heather has been especially wonderful with the masseter lengthening massages to help with TMJ discomfort. Highly recommend this practice!

I just moved from NJ to VA and I have been looking around for a good dentist place, and I finally found the perfect place! As soon as i walked in Tiffany who works the front desk is very pleasant and has great charisma. I had a 9 o’clock appointment, I was already being seen before 9. My hygienist was Kate, she was very bubbly and friendly and made me feel comfortable. Hands down the best cleaning i have ever gotten in my life! I met with Dr. Baicy after my cleaning and she was amazing!! Very friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this place!

*KATE* is hands down amazing, she's very gentle, and does a wonderful job ?. I love the staff here. Everyone is so kind, and the energy in the building when you walk in is so welcoming. I like where I am so much that I'd rather self pay than pick someone within my dental network ?. See you guys in 3months ?.
