Dr Capener and his assistant are awesome! I’ve had bad dentist experiences as a kid AND adult so I was happy to find this practice! Everyone in the office is very nice. It’s going to be fantastic to go to my future appointments NOT being filled with dread!!

After being gone for 3 years, coming back today felt like I never left. Everyone was friendly and happy to see me. And what can I say about Christine? I feel that our “relationship “ goes beyond that of hygienist/ patient. She was the main reason once we returned that we resumed coming to your office rather than going somewhere else.

Three people specifically made a great impression on me. First was Andrea at the front desk. She was incredibly bubbly, kind and friendly overall - just pleasant to be around. That makes such a huge difference / leaves a great impression when new ppl are looking for a new dentist / visiting an office for the first time. Second was Anita, I believe she’s the dental assistant. She was also so kind and personable, and I really enjoyed our conversation and how down to earth and sweet she was. She also did a great job with my cleaning. Lastly, Dr Capener was also wonderful! He took his time explaining things to me to understand what was wrong with certain areas or where I was doing a good job with my teeth. I also wanted to learn more about veneers and he took his time to walk me through options and also show me pictures of the work his office had done, which all looked beautiful. Overall he did a great job with my cleaning, I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me but was very honest on what could be done, and him and his office staff were incredibly personable and you could tell they all treated their patients like family / friends - so the culture of their office was so warm and welcoming. My only feedback was Wendy from the front desk when I called the first few times, was not the friendliest and made me feel a little uneasy to ask any questions. The two questions I asked was whether or not she could confirm I was in fact in network, since through my insurance it was showing I was; however I’ve had situations where I’ve needed to also verify with the office. When asking the first time, she told me to text my insurance details to the office number so they can verify. Turned out there are two phone numbers which still go to the front desk but when I shared it didn’t send, she asked me the number and she said that’s not our number. when I told her that’s the number I called to reach their office with and that it was the same number on Google, she said that wasn’t possible … and sounded annoyed and gave me the other office number I had to text. She never got back to me so I called the day before to reverify and on the call she told me “we don’t check until the day before the appt” so I asked if she could let me know since my appointment was the following day and then she said if there’s an issue with your insurance they would’ve called me and ended it with that. Wendy could’ve been having an off couple days, but I do hope that in the future, if ppl have questions, it could be met with a kinder tone or more grace. But outside of that interaction, I really loved the office and all the other ppl I interacted with. Again very kind, welcoming office, with a really great Dr!

I have been going to this dentist for 6 years now, after having multiple miserable dental experiences before. I have never felt more comfortable and safe in a dentist office. The dentist and dental hygienist are all very kind and go above and beyond to make their patients comfortable. Thank you Aspire team!

What a great experience! New to Henderson.. I took my mom who is 82 yrs old with dementia and myself saw Dr Capener. The staff and Dr. Carpener are awesome! Professional, gentle, understanding caring and helpful! Cleaning was thorough and gentle! Highly recommend! Dr was personal and approachable. I felt completely comfortable and most importantly, my mom did too. They gave my mom the sweetest care. Mom felt safe and was relaxed during her visit. (X-rays and cleaning ). If you need a dentist or not happy with your current one…. Go see Dr. Capener and his team!
