This place is absolutely awesome! The dental hygienist isn’t just great at her job, but she makes patients feel comfortable with each step of the cleaning process. The oral surgeon and staff who helped take my wisdom teeth out were phenomenal! Everyone who works here is so kind and welcoming. Dental work can be scary and expensive but they go out of their way to make you comfortable and help you to find a way to finance what you need done! Completely recommend!

Kayla my Dental assistant was the best. She was knowledgeable and kind and made me feel reassured right from the start. She will make an excellent hygienist in the future. The dental hygienist was wonderful had some concerns confirmed w/ Dentist and after seeing financial planning. All is well. Thanks Aspen DENTAL.

WARNING: aspen dental provides adequate service - I got some gum care and some fillings, and the dentists were good. However, they will try to scam you and charge you way more money than necessary. After my initial consultation, they broke down an itemized list of everything they said I should do. The list contained way more than any typical dentist would do. Additionally, the list was so long it was hard to comprehend. They rush you and try to assure you that it’s all necessary, then say you need to pre-pay to schedule anything (to keep you from taking home the itemized list to examine). They initially wanted to charge me $2k after insurance. I took a bunch of services off and it went down to $500. The next time I came in, I was annoyed about my previous experience and asked to see the bill. They had included a $130 electric toothbrush and a $100 consult despite me explicitly telling them multiple times I did not want these. The office staff and dentists are nice, but as a company they are completely scummy. They don’t care about you or providing good dental care, they care about extracting as much money out of you as possible.

The care was adequate but I keep showing up for appointments that weren't actually booked. I paid for fillings two weeks ago and received an appointment reminder card but no appointment was in the computer for me when I arrived this morning. I'm a patient person but this has happened enough times now that I need to find a new practice. I don't drive due to a vision impairment so it costs me money just to show up and I'm done with wasting Uber fees. I've canceled my future appointments aside from the one I regret prepaying for.

The consult was smooth and efficient. However the one hard thing to grasp was that they didn’t take insurance for root canals. I have great dental insurance and don’t want to come out of pocket for something that should be covered. Other than that nice facility, great work staff. Thanks Kayla for making me feeling comfortable.

Update I went to my appointment today 11/14 and the dentist himself not assistants, did the soft lining again and polished off the sides so I will not have the rough feeling in my mouth. The Dr. properly fixed my dentures and made sure they fit comfortably it took less then an hour. I'm happy that I can eat without pain and discomfort I am looking forward to eating solid foods Thank you Doctor.

This office and entire staff are wonderful! Had a great experience from the initial call on. Feels good to work with professionals that appreciate what they are doing. Jen, the office manager, explained the insurance coverage and plan in great detail. Thank you Aspen Dental!!

This place is the absolute worst! From their ghetto, unprofessional receptionist, with gaudy fake nails, to their so-called doctor who tries to upsell you on everything so he can make a commission, avoid this place at all costs! The doctor's here get a percentage of whatever they upsell you on, so they will try to sell you very expensive services, so that they can get their cut of up to 35%. They recommend crowns, fillings, etc. just so they can get the upsell commission. In my case, they tried selling me $6,000 worth of dental care, which I ended up getting for less than a thousand elsewhere. When I tell other real dentists about this Aspen Dental story, they laugh. Aspen is a laughing stock, simple as that. My advice, find a good, local dentist and go there.
