Aspen Dental - Stillwater, MN

Was pleased to get in so quickly for a cleaning! Kristine, the hygienist was great. She was thorough and gentle and had the latest technologies! The dentist, came in for the exam and did a great job explaining anything she noticed and made points on items we should watch! I'll be back in 6 months. Pleasantly surprised by the great group at the office!

Highly recommend! My visit was friendly, comfortable! I felt like I belong there. I usually am anxious at the dentist and have had bad experiences elsewhere. Staff is great!!! Homey vibe, laid back and taken care of! Your in great hands here. Thank you for an amazing first visit! Can't wait for more! Finally found a caring, kind and honest dentist!!! Woo ?

I would not recommend. First edit. Day after visit. I have been contacted twice about this review of their business. The business is not satisfied with a negative review. They posted a comment and then quickly removed it. I have added this and reduced rating from 2 down to 1 star. I suffered a dental emergency while working away from home. They were the first place to take me in for a look. The staff I interacted with were nice enough. When it came down to the time to address the emergency, it became a sales pitch rather than providing medical care. The pitch, the care I was offered was not the correct solution. The cost in the pitch was miles above other dentists in the area. The whole thing had a very used car vibe. Not how I want to experience my medical care. On the plus side they seemed to have open availability for patients. There is something to be said for that.

I really like the staff there and my visits have all gone smoothly, but for some reason they billed my insurance and not my wife's (who is also insured). We kept getting bills and I called several times, only to be told that they were working with insurance and they apologized for the confusion. Six months later I was notified that they sent me to bad debt. Still waiting for the manager to call me back after being hung up on twice whilst placed on hold.

This place is literally the best! I cannot recommend them enough! I needed emergency help and they jumped on it! They took me in same day and made a plan on how to go about what needed to be done! Even helped me with a payment plan since it would be costly since my insurance isn’t accepted! Thank you so much !!
