Aspen Dental - Oswego, IL

From beginning to end, the experience was excellent. They took me in right away as the same day patient, When I got there, everyone was very friendly and very attentive and everyone took personalized care. It was one of the best doctor patient experiences I’ve had and I look forward to completing my dental work with them because they do an awesome job.

I had my first appointment at the Oswego Aspen Dental location and every single person I encountered there was kind and professional. I was able to get all of my questions answered about the motto aligners. Since my insurance doesn’t cover orthopedic, they were very kind and found me a discount for the aligners. The building was also very clean and the decor made it feel fresh and welcoming. I read all kinds of reviews before making an appointment, and while most of them are very positive, I did come across some negative ones that mentioned feeling rushed through the appointment or making a decision for treatment, or even having surprise charges tacked onto the bill. I didn’t experience any negative situations or Interactions during my visit. I would highly recommend them!

Wow! BEFORE arriving, I was looking all around for discounts, credit cards, loans, etc and once I saw the 40 annual for discounts/exams etc and I couldnt beat that price anywhere, so off to Aspen we go! Each area of the facility was clean and in great condition. All the staff members are quick to greet and comfort you in many ways. I will be here quite a bit in the next month, I am happy to have a good team ahead of me. Will post my teeth once I receive them! Thanks everyone!

I went in for a first visit and they gave me X-rays and no cleaning. Then set another appointment for a deep cleaning at a price of $3,000, and wanted half payment up front. I called another local dentist who offers the same deep cleaning with an introductory cleaning for $1,400. Make sure you price shop, because you could over pay by thousands here.

Today was my first visit with Aspen and I was very pleased! Everyone was kind and attentive. I had a deep cleaning done and it was pain free. The entire experience was honestly the best dental treatment I’ve ever had. I was skeptical because there are some negative reviews but I’m so glad I went! Prices seemed more than fair also. Don’t hesitate.
