I had a wonderful experience with my first time visiting Aspen Dental. From the front desk to the back of the house doctors nurses everyone was exceptional. Very courteous, patient and exceptionally well trained in their job functions. Love the doctors very much I will continue going to this dental office! They exceeded my expectations!

Got there no one at front , but can hear laughing in back. Lady that came out , was not welcoming or friendly I felt. Especially being in pain, it would have been nice. The young lady that did my ex ray and spoke to me in back , was great and very nice. She made me feel comfortable.Her I give 5 ⭐️ stars. Going back , hopefully it will be better with the other kids people and treatment overall. Maybe next time better and friendly people greeting me . If not will take my business elsewhere.

My first appointment at Aspen Dental Mesa Superstition location was pleasant. There was no wait time! From the front desk, through x-rays and hallways, the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Josh is extraordinary, as he thoroughly explained my dental condition and what treatment will be best.

Very helpful staff, from checking insurance (I wasn’t sure of mine…) and arranging appointments, to the well-trained and friendly hygienists and dentist. All were knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. They answered questions, asked some important ones, and did all they could to make the visit to the dentist pleasant.

They are a scam - I scheduled a new patient appointment for a 6mo regular check-up and cleaning as I couldn't see my regular out-of-state dentist. I was told during this appointment that my measurements were 5's and 6's and that I needed the "deep clean" to aid in my "worsening periodontal disease". My last cleaning was 6mo prior, at my home dentist, where no concern was raised on tooth care. Because of this, I scheduled a second opinion at another office in Phoenix, which I completed the following week. The second opinion office performed all the necessary x-rays, a through exam, and told me a regular 6mo cleaning was all I needed. Measurements at this office were mostly 2s and 3s with an occasional 4. Aspen Dental tried to scare me with incorrect measurements and to upsell their deep cleaning. I would not trust this location to perform any work on my teeth.

I had gone to 2 other places to get new dentures done and Dr. Whatcott at aspen dental was the only one that made them look like your own teeth! He is the best dentist I’ve ever been too! The way I smile I show my gums and he made them perfect! I’ve been using dentures for over 30 years and these are the best ones ever! You get 100% referral from me!
