Aspen Dental - Louisville, KY

Very friendly and professional. They understood I was from out of town but still took time to explain all options (plan) that I could access with the Aspen Group. I have a further appointment to fix my issue. The Office Manager is amazing.

I had a good experience.i actually have a panic disorder and one of the lady's who took my X-ray was so comforting.it hurt so bad standing there I started crying she was very thoughtful and sweet. Remind you my jaw is a soft ball size its noticeable.everyone there was super helpful.i like Dr. Graham.he made sure I understand everything also explained to me my treatment plan and the payment lady was super helpful with the process of my extractions.also I love how they try to make it comfortable for u instead of just trying to pull teeth . Finally found a family dentist I will continue to go too.

Ashley normally do a great job. I had some dentures made and had them put in and still not satisfied due to the fact it looks like my mouth is protruding and out the pan over $2,000 with some dentures. It shouldn't look like my mouth is swollen still

What a sneaky way to cancel appointments! I scheduled my appointment for today a month and a half ago. When I came in this morning, I'm advised my appointment has been cancelled. Reason being I missed their phone call 2 days ago. I confirmed my appointment via the confirmation email they send me Monday. However, b/c I missed 1 phone call, my long awaited appointment has been cancelled. What a ridiculous thing to do, when I JUST confirmed my appointment 4 days ago!

forced me to max out care credit upon applying, charged me for motto without me knowing then said "well you already bought it" when i said i didnt ask for that. told me i couldn't schedule any appts & had to be walkin only bc i rescheduled 2 times due to health issues. refused refund for motto & service not rendered. insurance advised they DID NOT need to do a "deep cleaning" & needed to explain why they did. office manager olivia boles/duncan banned me from being helped by anyone at aspen & also did not send in a dispute for the deep cleaning, causing me to pay more out of pocket/on the credit card.

The Aspen Dental Dixie Highway from my experience, is a great and friendly place to go to get dentures. They are the top of the line with understanding and taking steps to understand the customers situation regarding their teeth. They also knowledgeable about what is concerning the patient. They also include the patients chart while they maybe behind the patient, they have TV's in each exam room showing the patient their chart and explaining every step and process of what is wrong and how they are going to be able to help their patients to get and experience the best smile. I want to thank Dr. Graham, The Hygienist, Nate', The Dental Assistant, Mary, and also The Operations Manager, Olivia, for making me feel welcomed, able to work me in earlier even though my appointment was not until 10:00 AM, and reassuring me that everything is going to be fine and making me feel like a better person regarding my smile. The overall experience is 💯 plus. Thank you all for everything. Looking forward to continuing my visits with you. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

I am so grateful for Aspen Dental off of Dixie Highway!! The receptionist was very helpful and informative, the staff was kind . The Doctor wprked very quickly to resolve my issue and get me out of pain ! Dr. Graham made sure he took his time to explain the procedure and get me in an o it as quickly as possible. They didn’t accept my dental insurance but still provided good work at a decent price ! Thanks !!

Staff checked multiple times every step of the way. Everything was explained to me very well. From treatments why we need to do things to costs and help to make costs manageable. Explained what and why they were doing something that really helped relieve the anxiety. 10/10 would recommend.
