I absolutely LOVE Aspen Dental! I have had horrible experiences at past Dentist’s offices, so much so it has given me anxiety when even thinking about going to the dentist! Aspen has begun to change those horrible feelings with every visit I attend and every employee I meet. Christina was amazing as she cleaned my teeth. She was efficient, sweet, and straight to the point. She made me comfortable and got the job done in a short amount of time. She provided me with some pointers on brushing my teeth to help prevent future decay. While using my new Oral B Genius X, prescription toothpaste and mouthwash; that I received at my appointment! I had my impressions done for my partial and again got another great employee (I cannot remember her name). She made me comfortable and explained each step as she helped me through the process. I cannot say enough good about Aspen. If you are looking for a new dentist with friendly staff that goes above and beyond? They are your place!

I had a bad experience at a different location and was reluctant to even try another Aspen, but I must say, my experience here was excellent. I expected them to be cautiously nice as I was only there as a result of my prior experience, but I believe it was more than that. EVERY person I encountered was an absolute pleasure. From form completion, to explaining what was happening with my teeth/gums, right down to the cost analysis and insurance breakdown. Jasmine and Lisa were especially great - I wish I could remember the hygenist's name- she really took the time to help explain what we were looking at on the x-rays. I feel much better about everything and I already have my next appointment set up.

I have a disabled son who came in for a check-up. They were kind, compassionate, and so understanding. He is no longer afraid to have further treatment that he needs. Thank you Aspen Dental for caring for your patients! Linda Austin

Meh. Pretty unsatisfied. Left the billing appointment paying for the services a month before they happened. Then it took over a month after the procedure for a text message that I had an open balance. I don’t recall receiving a letter in September notifying me of an open balance. Sneaky.

I'm not quite sure we're to begin. Having childhood fear, which carried to my adulthood I surly paid the price. Everyone at Aspen dental from the front desk to the back room are Phenomenal! They work with you, They understand your fear, they truly are amazing! What a staff! After the 2nd visit I felt at ease, I felt I could trust what they said. The front desk girls are Always smiling and always in a good mood. And let me tell you they don't forget your name. My procedure went effortlessly. They sure do stand on their word. I would refer everyone I know or anyone reading this To go to Aspen dental. My experience was in Johnston. You will not be sorry. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL for making me smile again

My visit to the Johnston office of Aspen Dental was great. Everyone made me feel at ease. The Dentist was thorough. He was able to counsel me in more direct language than others. I really appreciated his forthright manner. Thanks to all at Aspen.

The best decision I ever made was going to Aspen Dental. You took care of all my needs. Got my bad tooth out right away. I'm so happy. Going back again soo I am grateful for making that call. Best experience ever!!!

They were fine with the dental stuff. Told me I needed oral surgery. They only do it once a month. The day before Thanksgiving. Told me I had to pay half up front since they didn't take my insurance or Medicaid. When I asked how much it was she said One eighty something.... Imagine my surprise when I learned after the card declined that it was actually One thousand eight hundred something. They told me we could work with a third party vendor and maybe they could help. I said no and left. They sent me a follow up for the surgery with the wrong time.
