As a person with a terrible gag reflect and fear of dentist, I have spent the last 5 years trying to find the right dentist for me and I found it here with Dr. Willard and her team Marie and Ellen. I could not be more comfortable and confident I will finally get my teeth in good shape. They are patient, kind and gentle with me and I greatly appreciate it and finding Aspen Dental. I have quite the dental plan to go through and am still nervous however I completely trust in their experience and their knowledge to get me through it all. I highly recommend this office. Each person on their team was amazing. They are kind and compassionate, knowledgeable and professional – and above all – they are experts at what they do. It is extremely rare in any business to find this level of professionalism combined with friendly and compassionate care, and especially in the health care industry, but this team does it all!! You can tell that every person there cares and it reflects in all they do! I highly recommend this office and their amazing team.

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Willard, Ellen: Dental Assistant, Christina: Hygienist and Nicole: Front desk, during my visit. They made sure I was comfortable and helped me navigate through my Dental Plan. Definitely recommend!

From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of. I had some amazing women take care of me. From the front desk staff to the dental hygienist. Not only due I fear the dentist office, but my biggest insecurity is my teeth. I usually cry while I’m in the office due to my fear, but I was well taken care of. I felt safe and heard. During my x-rays, the dental assistant continued to ask if I was okay and told me I’m doing a great job. After my experience, it makes me want to take better care of my teeth because I have a team of dentist who care about my wellbeing. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

Very patient and kind staff, made me feel comfortable during the visit. Also, had no issue with receiving fillings (numbed properly, felt no pain, very timely procedure). Would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone!

Transitioning to dentures and eventually implant supported over the past week. The entire process was extremely smooth. These folks are knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. They got me into surgery and into dentures within a week. The surgery I was put under and felt zero pain for the first 24 hours. The recovery has been a journey, but they have been there every step of the way, even when I am impatient and frustrated due to transitioning to dentures. I'm still healing and going through it, but I'm glad I chose Aspen Dental. Every person I have dealt with there was professional and compassionate. Never felt judged for my situation. I'll update the names of the wonderful people who have helped me when I remember. They deserve recognition.

I was very impressed the office was able to schedule an appointment within a week for my whole family! The staff is very friendly. The clinic itself looked clean. I haven't had my cleaning with them yet but I do look forward to becoming an established patient.
