I am writing to share my experience with Aspen Dental. While I commend the excellent professional service I received from the initial greeting to my consultations with the hygienist and dentist, I also want to discuss a point of concern regarding the financial aspects of my treatment. The detailed explanation of costs and the variety of payment options were greatly appreciated. My experience with receiving upper and lower partials was ultimately positive; however, during the process, an unforeseen complication arose. Before receiving my permanent lower partial, I developed an ache requiring a filling in a tooth supporting the partial. This filling was an additional cost not initially included in the quoted price for the partials. Given that I am uninsured and paying out-of-pocket, this was a significant added expense. I understand that unforeseen dental needs can arise, but I felt the comprehensive nature of the partial service package, which included hygienist visits, might reasonably have encompassed such small restorative procedures. Unfortunately, a subsequent cavity has developed on a front tooth, and I am now facing another significant and unaffordable expense. This situation has led me to consider whether a more inclusive pricing structure for comprehensive care, incorporating the possibility of minor restorative work during the course of a major procedure, might be beneficial to patients facing similar circumstances. Explains everything in the way you can understand. Went over my X-rays, showed me every picture and explained what it was and what I was seeing. If you want your mouth/teeth in in the most caring hands, it would be these hands at this office. 5 Stars is an understatement 🫶🏾
