Awful experience. I went there on a Sunday, dealt with Dana. She was very nice and helpful. I picked out the couch I wanted but I had to go home and measure my space. I came back on Wednesday to buy it. The associate was so rude. I wish I would’ve asked her name. I left. Why should I spend a lot of money there and let them get commission. I went to the Linden location and associate Steve was so great. My couch is being delivered soon. I’ll never step foot in the SI location again.

Dec 02, 2024 · Victoria BHorrible protection warranty / experience !!!!I went to the store looked at a nice dresser over 1,000 with warranty. They tell you if anything is damaged they will guarantee to fix or replace it with a new dresser. Less than two months a drawer was already falling apart , the glider on one side was falling apart and I had to stop using the drawer. Called the customer service did a claim and they said they will fix it after sending photos. Kept me waiting two months going back and forth . Re sending them the pictures & videos. I had been mailed gliders for the furniture & … after several week I get a respond that furniture doctors were to help in making an appointment to fix it. I waiting again for weeks to schedule an appointment. The day of my appointment the guy who was downstairs never showed up so I had to schedule another appointment even after I explained that the tech never showed up and left.Furniture was fixed , gliders were looking ok. I put my clothes back in … a little less than a month the gliders started to move again! Now both sides of the drawer are damaged ! At this point I contact Ashley customer service again … weeks gone by of me reporting and asking for a tech to come fix the issue again! Or to give me a replacement for the furniture because it’s not my fault the same drawer keeps falling off from the glider. After a month I went personally to Ashley store and one of the sales associate told me “here , you can call Mike directly to fix it” I emailed them the same day and he responded he needed proof of photos . I sent in photos , later he said they were fine. After a month I never heard of Mike ever. The furniture doctors never contacted me again. Again I am calling customer service and the store personally but no one seems to help!!! I called Ashley store and they told me they will have a store manager help me more than the customer service but guess what? I’ve waiting another week of NO ONE CALLING ME BACK.Today I went to the store personally, the store manager said that there isn’t anything on Ashley store location she can do to help me with the furniture that all of the help I can get is through the customer service line. I asked her to help because of the issues I explained and no one is responding to me . She said even the warranty she can’t even explain what I have or paid for because she can’t access that in her system. That the only one who can view it is Ashley services ???????? How is that possible ?? To purchase an item on the store and have no receipt or record of it !!!????? Now she only provided the help to call and have furniture doctors try to give me an appointment for the future. So I left Ashley store unsatisfied again, no appointment schedule and waiting to hear this week from furniture doctors. Hopefully ?Again this is my review and will continue to update so anyone that comes across into buying furniture knows how long the process is if it’s broken/ damaged or needs repair ! Never buying from Ashley and this is not the only thing I purchased that day! I also purchased two bed mattresses 🤦🏻♀️

Serenity greeted and introduced herself to us as soon as we stepped into the store. She was extremely helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond on her services. We ended up purchasing other furnitures there for our bedrooms. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Her manager, Mike was also very helpful in answering some of our questions. Great team work!

Serenity greeted and introduced herself to us as soon as we stepped into the store. She was extremely helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond on her services. We ended up purchasing other furnitures there for our bedrooms. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Her manager, Mike was also very helpful in answering some of our questions. Great team work!

She took the time to help me understand each feature and the mechanics of the couch . I was so impressed with her that I returned with my daughter and husband and look forward to dealing with NIna again . Extremely professional

Dec 15, 2024 · R FElizabeth was nice however the manager DANA - very dismissive and rude. Me & my mother went in for counter stools. Elizabeth helped direct us in the area to check them out, than when we had questions she directed us to Dana the "manager" i guess? She first asked us what we were interested in than goes to check if they are in stock.. she comes back to tell us no their not and they would have to be ordered... Before we could even make a decision she walked away from us.. with no word no nothing. RUDE... but that was ok because although we ended up paying triple the amount at Raymour & Flanigan - WE ARE SATISIFIED with our purchase and the beautiful customer service we received. Thanks Anyways Dana. Pray you dont treat someone else like that. It made me feel like a pretty woman moment like if she judged us and thought we could not afford the furniture there... But BIG mistake :)
