This was my first visit. I had broken tooth and my previous dentist did not accept my insurance. I got an appointment right away and saw Dr. McClure. So very nice and gentle. You can tell she prides in perfection. Ended up having a bridge. So very happy with her work. The staff was so nice and explained all my options. They all had smiles and were very pleasant to the patients. Differently will be coming back.

Dr Shin and his team are incredible. They care about the PEOPLE. Dr Shin and the comfort he provides is a reflection of the kind of person he is in his heart. My mom had a horrible experience with teeth extractions and dentures at Aspen Dental. We came here for a better experience and Dr Shin has been absolutely life changing for my mom. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist, but my experience at this office has completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and at ease, especially Heather and Dr. McClure. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding, and they took the time to listen to my concerns and fears. The atmosphere was calm and comforting, which really helped to ease my anxiety. Dr. McClure and her hygienists were gentle and patient, explaining every step of the process and checking in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. For the first time ever, I left a dental appointment feeling relaxed and well cared for. I avoided going to the dentist for 22 years, so there was a bunch of work to be done, but now that all work is done, I can honestly say that I felt no pain during any procedure. I can’t thank this team enough for their kindness and professionalism. If you’re a nervous or scared patient like I was, I highly recommend this office. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and supported. I’m so grateful our family has found them!

I came to Dr. Shin for new crowns as I was ending my treatment with my orthodontist. Dr. Shin gave me the run down before he started work on my teeth and said it would be at least 3-4 appointments before final crown placement. After a couple weeks, I came out with a brand new confident smile. Thank you Dr. Shin for executing with great precision!

The dental care I receive is extraordinary. I will not go to any other dental practice. In fact, I changed my Medicare insurance to stay with Dr Shin and his team. I trust them with my teeth!
