Angel Dental Care

do not go here!!!! please. They will lie and say you have a cavity and say that you have extra teeth That needs to be pulled. ( Mind you I haven’t had a cavity since the age of eight years old and a lot of all the times I’ve been to the dentist for over two decades all of a sudden I have an extra teeth……….) These people get a kink out pulling teeth 🦷!!!!!! please do not go here! Get a second opinion before following through with them, and they will try to break up your appointments instead of just doing it all in one setting . The hygienist was in the lobby watching the Steve Harvey show which was very unprofessional, And the wrong where they have you go to to do x-rays on your mouth is very unprofessional. Why am I able to look out into the lobby and people in the lobby able to look out and look at me? I can see if it was a door for privacy. I usually go to the angel dental on Euclid, but they are booked up, but I’m just gonna keep my appointment there and when I made my appointment for this location, they literally told me over the phone before making This appointment that I got to get x-rays, which was OK by me and they also told me that I was able to get my cleaning. I actually came to my appointment yesterday yesterday and now they switched the story talking about knock can only get my x-ray yesterday……… Do not go to this company I would try a different angel dental location If you still wanted to stay with the franchise. I have never had a horrible experience going to The dentist until I stepped into this location and believe I will be reporting them to the better Bureau of business.

I did not have a good experience with the Dentist K. Thabet. The staff I encountered during my visit were professional and created a comfortable environment. I went in for a preventative cleaning and a cavity that started forming. I have 8 original bottom teeth (not many to clean -lol), an upper denture, and a lower partial. I wanted to get a new set. He recommended getting a deep cleaning. I let him know that I would get it done at a later date because I have to pay for it out-of-pocket. I just wanted to stay on schedule with my preventative cleanings because I am a cancer survivor and dental hygiene is crucial. I told him I only wanted what CareSource would cover, but he kept trying to upsell me on procedures and products. He lacked Emotional Intelligence during our "conversation,"(he went back and forth with me as if were incompetent). I felt he was rudely unprofessional and negatively opinionated. I also would have preferred getting my X-rays done in an area away from the eyes of the waiting room. I left without receiving a cleaning because I no longer trusted him to perform any services on me.

This place deserves -100000 stars. Please don’t go here nor take your kids. My husband and I had a few fillings done and both of us have been having problems with them falling out. Some of my teeth hurt so much more than before, especially if I try eating hot stuff on one of my sides. Never had a problem with that until getting the feeling done with them. The service was horrible, person who did my feelings seemed like she was in such a rush. When my daughter was seen for a check up, the lady was very rude to her and aggressive with her voice. My daughter isn’t a huge fan of dentist but this place is by far the worst with trying to help make the kids feel safe. So please rethink about coming here. I promise you won’t leave feeling better… it might actually make you feel worse.

The Dentist was very gentle and understanding of my level of pain. The staff was very pleasant and kind. I have alot of work that needs to be done. I will continue receiving services from Angel Dental Care. Thanks to the whole crew.

No complaints! The staff and doctors are super friendly and patient. They take their time and make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Thank you for the amazing care!
