I was a longtime patient of Dr. Kuhmichel's and underwent multiple surgeries and procedures as part of my course of treatment for a very large OKC (odontogenic keratocyst) cyst in my jaw.Dr. Kuhmichel is by far one of the best doctors I've ever interacted with. She has a caring, genuine, personable bedside manner and takes time to address questions or concerns no matter how incremental the step may be. She took me on after my initial treatment had begun under a different oral surgeon, and the difference in office dynamics and doctor and support staff care was night and day.I am so thankful for Dr. Kuhmichel and her team for their thorough, patient work. I never felt rushed or like I was making an uninformed or unnecessary decision during treatment. And, through the end, she did outstanding placement of my molar implants, and I feel that my bite has been restored to completely natural feeling.Cannot recommend Dr. Amy Kuhmichel and her team enough!

Excellent service! My daughter got her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kuhmichel and the entire process was very smooth. The surgery took about an hour, and the recovery was fast and overall everything went really well. I recommend Dr. Kuhmichel 100%.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr Kuhmichel and her team. I am not an easy patient to treat because I have so many underlying health conditions, but she took the time to understand me and my limitations, so that she could formulate the best plan regarding my safety and comfort. I was terrified I would be in a lot of pain and that conscious sedation would not be a good fit for me, but she made sure I was extremely comfortable throughout and not aware of anything going on around me. I knew nothing about it until it was all done, and what I thought would be a difficult healing process was plain sailing without any issues. Her experience is absolutely remarkable! You can’t help but be impressed by her achievements because the walls in all the exam rooms are decorated with certificates of all the areas she excels in, and there’s a lot. Yet she’s so humble given these achievements, and has an absolutely lovely bedside manner. I could not recommend this remarkable surgeon any higher, she is absolutely amazing! So if you have any health issues, or you are scared of the dentist, or are worried you’ll be in pain, you could not be in any better hands. And her team are just wonderful, from the front desk to the operating room, they work tirelessly to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I have always felt uncomfortable going to the dentist, but with Dr Kuhmichel and her team I look forward to seeing them, they are all so warm and friendly. You couldn’t possibly have a better experience than with Dr Kuhmichel and her team. She is easily the top oral surgeon in Atlanta, and I won’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Kuhmichel was amazing with our 2 year old. The little guy needed a minor procedure with his tongue and we couldn’t have asked for a more patient and courteous physician. We highly recommend Dr. Kuhmichel and her staff. When the time comes for wisdom teeth removal, we’ll be back!
